Friday= 6:18 on the machine from HELL (see previous post) then 1/2 mile on the treadmill at a speed of 2.5 miles per hour. Then various weight machines with Mr. Big trying to figure out how to set them for me.

Saturday = Unable to do a squat like move no matter what the payment would have been. Workouts in the privacy of our own home were, however accomplished – twice in fact. <wink wink> {blush}

Sunday = After 2 different Sprint stores with no outcome for the dead phone of Mr. Big (must visit during the week) we were able to get 1/2 hour work out in (well, that was how much time til they closed when we got there, then we had to get changed, etc). I did 3/4 of a mile on the treadmill at both a 0 and a 1+ incline at speeds between 2.5 and 2.9 miles per hour and even got a few minutes of a jog in. (ok, it was a sad looking jog, but a jog nonetheless)  Today complete BURN is gone from thighs and I can move them better. All is not lost.
